Anna Greinetz, 36, tends to goat kids after an evening of milking on her farm Rosy Creek Farmstead in Jetson, Ky. on April 17, 2026. Originally from Germany, Greinetz moved to Kentucky over three years ago after she and her husband found a plot of land they loved. She said she always knew she wanted land, but never thought she’d own over 70 goats. “I had to learn everything about them,” Greinetz said. “And I’m still learning.” Greinetz now works full-time on the farm, caring for her goats and growing her raw goat cheese business.
